- Subscription within 30 days: You must request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase date.
- Original Subscription: Only the original subscriber is eligible for a refund. If you received the subscription as a gift, you are not eligible for a refund.
- Proof of Subscription: You must provide a valid proof of subscription, such as an order number, receipt, or confirmation email.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Trial Period: If you have used our free trial period and decided to purchase the subscription afterwards, refunds will not be granted.
- Renewed Subscriptions: Renewal fees for ongoing subscriptions are non-refundable.
- Downloaded Software: Once any software or content has been downloaded or activated, it is not eligible for a refund.
- Third-Party Purchases: Subscriptions made through a third-party vendor or retailer are subject to the vendor's or retailer's refund policy and are not eligible for a refund from Audiomate.
Monthly Subscription Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your monthly subscription, the following terms apply:
- Full Month Payment: You will be charged for the full month in which you cancel your subscription.
- Service Continuation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days in the billing cycle.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Review Process: Our team will review your request and determine if it meets our refund policy criteria. We may ask for additional information to process your request.
- Approval: If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
